Jet Casino

Security and responsible play

We treat account security as a baseline, not a feature. Every transaction runs through encrypted payment channels, and your account data is held under standard industry protections. Jet operates as an offshore gaming site; current licensing details, where applicable, are published in our site footer, and we ask every player to confirm the status there before depositing, rather than relying on claims made elsewhere on the site.

Responsible play matters more to us than any single session. You must be 18 or over to hold a Jet account. We provide deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools inside your account settings, and we signpost Gambling Help Online (1800 858 858, https://www.gamblinghelponline.org.au/) for any player who wants free, confidential support.

Payment methods

We built our cashier around how Australians actually move money. PayID and POLi sit at the centre because they settle fast and feel familiar. Cards remain available for players who prefer them, and we support Bitcoin and USDT for anyone who wants a crypto option alongside fiat.

Withdrawal times

PayID, POLi and crypto withdrawals move fastest, often same day once our team approves the request. Card withdrawals and bank transfers take longer, generally a few business days, because the underlying payment rails are slower by nature. Your first withdrawal will usually take a little longer while we complete identity verification. After that, approvals run quicker, and higher VIP tiers unlock faster processing windows and higher limits.

The game library by family

Our library is organised the way players actually browse: pokies first, then live dealer, then table games, then instant games for quick sessions.

• Pokies: classic 3-reel titles, modern video slots and jackpot pokies with Megaways-style mechanics from Pragmatic Play, NoLimit City, Playson, Booming Games and Habanero
• Live casino: live blackjack, roulette and baccarat tables streamed from Evolution Gaming studios with real dealers
• Table games: RNG blackjack, roulette, baccarat and video poker for players who prefer a self-paced table
• Crash and instant games: fast-round titles from BGaming built for short sessions and quick decisions

Our software providers

We partner with established studios rather than filling the lobby with unknown labels. Pragmatic Play and NoLimit City anchor our pokies selection, Evolution Gaming runs our live tables, and BGaming, Playson, Booming Games and Habanero round out the catalogue with jackpot pokies, table variants and instant games. Every title on Jet carries a published RTP you can check before you play, and most pokies offer a free demo mode so you can try the mechanics before betting real AUD.

The welcome bonus and promotions

New Jet players unlock a welcome package after registering and making a first deposit in AUD. The structure is simple by design.

• Register a Jet account and verify your email
• Make your first real-money deposit in AUD
• Receive your welcome package, including free spins on selected pokies
• Exact amounts, eligible games and wagering requirements are confirmed at sign-up
• T&Cs apply to every offer, including minimum deposit and play-through conditions

Beyond the welcome package, we run ongoing promotions tied to featured pokies and seasonal moments through the year. Every promotion carries its own terms, visible on the Bonus page and inside your account before you opt in.

Loyalty and VIP

Every real-money bet you place at Jet earns progress toward our VIP Club. Entry tiers give you a foothold with standard support and standard withdrawal limits. Mid tiers add quicker withdrawal processing and occasional personal check-ins from our team. Our top tier adds dedicated support contact, the fastest withdrawal limits we offer, and birthday or seasonal bonuses. All VIP bonuses carry T&Cs apply.

Mobile play

Jet runs directly in your phone or tablet browser, built to load quickly on Australian mobile networks whether you're on wifi or mobile data. There's no app store download needed to start. Open the site on iOS or Android, log in, and add a home-screen shortcut so Jet sits one tap away alongside your other apps.

Customer support

Our support team works on Australian time zones, so you're not waiting overnight for a reply on a stuck withdrawal or a bonus question. Live chat is the fastest way to reach us from inside your account. For anything that needs more detail, email [email protected] and we'll follow up.

Verifying your account at Jet

We run identity checks to keep accounts safe and to meet the standards expected of an offshore gaming site serving the Australian market. Most players never notice the process until their first withdrawal, which is exactly when we ask for it. We do this once, not every time you cash out.

• Proof of identity: a photo of your driver's licence, passport or other government-issued ID
• Proof of address: a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address
• Payment method confirmation: a screenshot or statement showing the PayID, card or wallet used to deposit
• A quick selfie check in some cases, used to match your ID photo

We ask players to complete this before the first withdrawal request rather than after, so the payout itself moves faster once it's submitted. Upload documents from your account dashboard under verification. Clear, uncropped photos in good light get approved quicker than blurry phone snaps taken at midnight.

Deposit limits and self-exclusion tools

Speed is central to how Jet operates, but speed only matters if play stays within limits you actually chose. Every account includes free access to a set of controls that sit quietly in your settings until you need them.

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can add to your balance
• Loss limits: cap the amount you're prepared to lose over a chosen period
• Session reminders: a pop-up after a set amount of time telling you how long you've been playing
• Time-out: a short break from your account, from 24 hours up to a few weeks
• Self-exclusion: a longer-term lock on your account, available for extended periods on request

These sit in Account Settings under Responsible Play. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising one is deliberately slower, usually with a short cooling-off window, so a bad night doesn't turn into a bigger one. If you want a full break, contact support and we'll action self-exclusion without asking you to justify the decision.

Live dealer lobbies in detail

Our live tables stream from professional studios with real dealers working in real time, dealt through Evolution Gaming and other partners. The feed runs at broadcast quality, with multiple camera angles on blackjack and roulette so you can see the cards and the wheel clearly even on a phone screen.

• Live roulette: European and speed variants, with side bets and statistics panels showing recent numbers
• Live blackjack: classic and speed tables, including variants with side bets for higher payouts
• Live baccarat: Punto Banco and speed formats for fast hands
• Game show style tables: wheel-based formats with multipliers and bonus rounds, hosted live
• VIP and high-limit tables: higher betting ranges for players who prefer bigger stakes

Tables run in AUD, so what you see on screen is what you're betting, no mental currency conversion required. Chat with the dealer in English, check the hand history, and tip if you like, all from the same window. Peak Australian evening hours tend to have the fullest tables and the most tables running at once.

Jackpots and tournaments

Alongside standard pokies, Jet carries progressive jackpot titles where a small slice of every bet across the network builds a prize pool that keeps climbing until someone hits it. These sit in their own lobby so you can see the current jackpot value before you spin.

• Progressive pokies: jackpot grows with every wager placed network-wide, by any player, until it's won
• Fixed jackpot slots: a set top prize, usually tied to the game's highest-paying symbol combination
• Tournament leaderboards: compete on spins or points across a set window, from a weekend to a full month
• Seasonal tournaments: timed around local calendar moments, with prize pools split across top finishers

Tournament standings update in your account during the event, generally with a live leaderboard so you can track your position against other players. Entry requirements, prize structures and schedules are confirmed in the promotions tab before each event starts. Any bonus funds or spins awarded through a tournament carry their own T&Cs apply conditions, separate from the welcome package.

Table games beyond live dealer

Not every table needs a live stream. Our RNG-powered table games run instantly, with no wait for a dealer or an open seat, which suits players who want a quick hand between other things.

• Blackjack: multiple rule variants and side-bet options, playable solo at your own pace
• Roulette: European, American and French wheels, with racetrack betting layouts
• Baccarat: standard Punto Banco plus simplified versions for quick play
• Poker variants: Caribbean stud, Texas Hold'em style and video poker machines
• Specialty games: dice, keno and scratch-style instant games for short sessions

These sit under the Table Games tab, separate from the Live Casino section, so you can jump straight to whichever format suits your mood without scrolling past hundreds of pokies first.

Understanding RTP and fair play on our games

Every pokie and table game on Jet publishes a theoretical return to player figure, usually visible in the game's info panel alongside volatility and max win details. This is set by the game studio, not by us, and it's independently tested before the title ever reaches our lobby.

Outcomes on every RNG-based game are generated by certified random number generators, audited by independent testing labs that providers like Pragmatic Play, NoLimit City and Playson work with as standard practice. We don't adjust these numbers, and we don't have a dial that makes games pay more or less depending on who's playing. Demo versions of most pokies let you check the feel of a game, its volatility and bonus features, using play credits before you commit real money.

How Australian payment habits shape our cashier

Most of our AU players move money the same way they do everywhere else online: PayID for instant bank-to-bank transfers, POLi for direct bank payment without a card, and increasingly Bitcoin or USDT for players who prefer a crypto wallet over a bank app. Cards still get used, mainly for smaller top-ups or by players who want a backup method on file.

Whichever method you pick, your balance and all bets display in AUD throughout, so there's no currency conversion to think about mid-session.

A final word from the Jet team

We built Jet around the idea that an online casino for Australians should feel local even while operating offshore: AUD everywhere, payment rails Aussies already use, support that keeps Australian hours, and a games floor deep enough that you're never stuck playing the same five pokies. None of that replaces good judgement. Set a limit before you start, use the tools in your account if you want to slow down, and treat every session as entertainment with a cost, not an investment with a return. Gambling Help Online is there on 1800 858 858 or at gamblinghelponline.org.au if you ever want to talk to someone outside the platform. Confirm the registered company name and current licensing status in our site footer before you deposit, and reach out to [email protected] if anything on this page needs clearing up.
